It isn't har to find a piece of highway without cops here ...

Mhm, I always try these sort of things on the straight from Domzale towards Lukovica. Almost no traffic even during the day. Well our day are numbered. Did you hear about the cameras on our highways?
As far as I know, only one is standing for now. But others will follow.

I really like the RX-8 but when i saw the power ratings get lowered twice it started to seem unattractive. Just waiting for the RX-7 now. Great pics, and the sound of the car is unique to itself.

That one is not workin, just an empty box, so no worrys. From Domžale to Lukovica is nice, but there are some nasty bumps in reverse direction. Almost went flying in M3 once ...
Other good location is from Vodice to Lj (also a long straight ...)

Yup, you're right.
I use that straight, because I live in Lukovica, so it's basicly in my back yard...
But I'm bound to get caught, because I never pay the money at Kompolje, I turn the car about a 100 meters before the toll booth....
I also heard about the speed camera not working.
I also heard, it's suppost to start some time soon. January probably.
It's good to know, because my girl lives in Murgle so I see the damn thing(the speed camera, not the girl) almost every day, and I always ease off.
Hey Jakaracman, I just might start doing what you're doing.
I got the new A-class for the weekend, for a test basically.
A real one this time. I'll actually have to write about the car.
I pulled some strings, and I got to talk with mister Blaž K. (auto + šport), the director of that mag....I'm sure you know who I'm talking about....
I'm delivering the car back to the office tomorrow, and we'll talk about me, maybe, just maybe, starting to write articles for that mag. Not full time, just now and then, if I'm lucky.
So, we're basically going to become rivals..... again, if I'm lucky.
Here are a few pics I took.

Just a word: do not start to work there to get paid, because it is likely that you wont. Take it as an oportunitiy to drive some cars&learn the trade. Also be aware that in that mag you will not be able to say that a car is really bad even if it is.
Bu never mind, just enyjoj the cars alnd learn to write ... And if you need any help

Absolutley.
I was just thinking the other day, like you described it, I won't work there to get paid. If I get any money, great, if not, also great because I love cars.
And besides, I already have a job.
I was just thinking about the part, where I'll probablly have to "ignore" some faults, some cars may or may not have.
I'll deal with it.
I'll try to get expirience and anjoy at the same time.
Thx for the advice. I apreciate this very much. Especialy because it comes from you.
If I'll need any help, be sure I'll ask you for advice.
Oh, did you have any bad expirience with the people working there?
I won't tell.

Yes. Especially with former employees, but the new owner is know to be on the "inventive" side. He's very friendly sometimes, very antagonistic at other times and always looks just how to use you ... If yu get over that and watch your back, he's OK.

Glad to see you enjoyed the car man, I can't wait until X-mas...right around then our lease on the Mazda 6 is going to run out and our new, Black with black and red interior RX8 should come in. I'll try and post a report of my own when that happens...can't wait...soo excited...

wow, i never saw this thread. those pics are pretty awesome IMO. tru, not great lighting, but i definitely like the angles you capture. I'm a big fan of this car, and I'm glad most ppl here like it too - I'd love to drive one, and just get that sensation of rev'in overload. and 237kph = almost 150mph - that's pretty dang fast! ballsy doing that in a car that isn't yours!
