Unfortunately, the business isn't officially open yet, so the market for me has been dragging its feet. It was originally intended to be open a little more then a month ago... Thankfully, the market is only getting better for it :)

I will own one... but it may be significantly delayed unfortunately :(

As to color, and options... It's cliche to say Corsa Rossa... but I don't think I would enjoy another color more... yellow is a second choice. 6 speed conventional Manuel GTB... and Tubi exhaust is a must... even when compared to capristo, and OE especially.

So, Knowing what I'm aiming at, I don't mind driving my 9 year old Jeep a bit longer... Thankfully, I'm able to get my Ferrari sporting drive-fix 3-4 times a month.... Whats interesting is the 288 drives slightly nicer then a 355 does, but honeslty, the 355 sounds better (with tubi... word is the 288 is going to get the Tubi treatment)

Good luck with your business.

At least you have a decent color choice with the 355. I think over 90% of the 348s were red. When I was buying my 348 in October, I was open to Red, blue, titanium, and yellow but the only cars on sale at the time were red or black. Black looked nice but will be murder in hot Texas. So Red became the only choice.

Recommend you look at a car with a challenge rear grill too - it is better for heat extraction. Excessive heat is one of the reasons (the other being poorly design OE exhausts, manifolds that caused a lot of them to crack necessitating $$$$ rebuilds.

The 288 sounds great for a turbo car. The one I saw in the Concorso Italiano a couple years back had some megaphone exhausts - it sounded awesome.

yeah, forgot about the challenge grill, definatley a must as well. I've seen photos of the megaphone exhaust... it looks interesting, but out of place. I'm sure it sounds great tho :)

a horse has shoes, 2444 shoes divided by 4 legs = 611 horses... Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano :)

ps giddy up = prancing horse, 599 GTB = 1/2 numbers (or 1/3 if u count the fiorano and rate each part as equal), what other clues were there? mama mia is obvious...

btw u couldve had the entire name of "MC12" from the keys on that calculator :P wouldn't be that bad either

LEXION

hmmmm...mama mia and giddy up makes me think of FERRARI...and 3 numbers can only be a 599 GTB or a F430...... and seeing you have a lot of F430....one more wouldnt do you harm :D an F430 Challenge maybe.... :?

Well..... She came on home around 1:30 p.m. this afternoon after a long trip from Missouri, then to Cleveland and then to me.

It was very hard finding her in the first place because she and her cousins are virtually impossible to get a hold of. They are just a few and far between. I was extremely lucky to find her and very lucky to be able to afford her!

If you don't mind, I'll post these pictures first and then a little later today post my story on how I came across her and put together a deal that I could live with.

Thanks again for all the participation and great comments in the teaser post.

I hope you like the pics and it's a real pleasure to be able share my newest piece of art with all of you! :hello: Enjoy! The Magwheel

I hope I haven't disappointed anyone! :shocked!: She's absolutely beautiful!!! There were some really wild guesses like a MC12 and a Enzo. BUT, as much as I would like one or both, I'd have to sell everything (almost all my cars that is) to even just get the Enzo! :(

Now let me get back to writing the story on the 599 and hopefully tomorrow I'll post some pics of the interior and whatever else I can think of..... oh yeah.... the 611 hp or 620 hp 12 cylinder powerplant! :roflmao: Mags

It seems like every time I'm off this site for 3 or more days Magwheel's stable changes. Dude congrats on the 599. With 4 Ferrari's in your garage I can now officially forgive you for selling the CGT.

Interior shots = a must.

Silverstone - awesome one of my 2 favorite colors on a 599 (other being the Rosso Fiorano). Looks real hot!!!! Congrats. I heard one fire up in April in Houston - it sounded LOUD and feral - tiger like even.

What color is the interior - it looks black to me?

Also please tell us the options that you got with it: I can see the SF shields, CCM brakes. You don't have the Challenge wheels.

Thank you acmarttin! I'm really driving the F430s a lot more than I did the CGT and SLR. Interior shots are absolutely coming along with some more 'artistic' exterior pics. I wanted to hurry up and get some pics on the site because a few guys said they were wanting to go to sleep but couldn't until I posted the pics!

That kind of interest sure makes me feel good! :D As far as the 'Ouija board', I just try and rotate them so each gets its weekly exercise. Mags

p.s. The following guys guessed what the surprise was before I posted the pics so if they want, I'll send them some Hi-Res shots of any/all of the cars. If you don't have a way to make and print the shots, PM me with your address, and I will send them 'color prints' to wherever (I think) you are! Just tell me what kind of pic you want and I'll try and grant your request!

666fast, mrmojo77, sameerrao, inso, gucom & LEXION (CONGRATS!)

Really lovely color on a magnificent car. Absolutely spot on.

Mags, you are the man. Me for one does not appreciate Enzos since they are high maintenance, needs own mechanic for daily use. Putting them more like collectibles than personal transport.

599 makes do with normallish service ($$$$ I admit, but probably not $$$$$), the classic beautiful bodywork with enzo engine, it is one of the instant classics. Form and function in the same package, like the venturis behind back windows.

Congrats Mags, the car is a piece of art.

Hey lorbmw69, Yes, Marshall Goldman absolutely helped! I'm doing a little write up on the 599 and how I got her and how fantastic Marshall Goldman's son, Harlan was in helping me get the 599. Just give me a day or two to remember all the details and I'll make that post. :D Mags

in most 599 pics i see the the car looks too narrow and skinny, it looks unproportioned and way to narrow, not wide enough. Especially from the back. Im assuming in reallife its looks fantastic and is perfectly proportioned, am I right? Or does it look the same in the pics as it does in real life?

My salesman from Columbus,Ohio called me yesterday, 8-1-07, to say that he has confirmation from Mercedes that the CLK63BE is 'on the ship' and should arrive in port in a (week or so)? Congrats on the 599 mate! Very nice purchase! Btw, I noticed one of your F430's magically disappeared in your signature ;) Or did you sell one of the trio?

Stoopie, Would you believe one of Ohio's famous 'chuck holes' swallowed up the 05 F430? Nah.... I didn't think you would!

In reality, I was originally supposed to sell it to my son but he kinda has PO'd :x me lately so I sold it to the 'Exotic' car dealer in Cleveland. He buys all my cars when I think it's time for a change.

As far as my son, the dumb ass is doing things I don't like. He just got nailed for doing 100 mph by a Ohio State Trooper... and that's after he already had 2 or 3 previous speeding tickets! He's got a Corvette Z06 and drives it like a jerk!

Then to top it all off, he has started 'Road Racing' (on a track) a Suzuki sport bike going speeds of 130-140 mph. :bad-words: He just had
twin baby girls' a year or so ago and I would think he would realize a 'safety responsibility' to his family. But not him! So I said to myself, "He ain't getting the F430!" :niet: Mags

p.s. Yeah, you did notice the 05 F430 not being there but you didn't notice the change in the F430 Spiders... now did you? Heh... heh...! The guy in Cleveland had an 07 F430 Spider with only 187 miles on her so I got the 'heeebie jeeebies' :onfire: for it and worked out a deal trading the 06 Spider back to him for the 07.

A few of the reasons I did the trade was the Model year (06 to an 07), plus it had a 'wilder' interior, plus it had the stock factory exhaust system instead of the 'TUBI' exhaust system. The factory exhaust system sounds a lot better at slower normal speeds! Supposedly, TUBI systems sound and work better at higher RPMs, but since I'm not a 'wild and crazy' guy on the roads, I'll get better engine sounds from the factory system! Plus there is a 'slightly' different Radio sound system. Got ya.... didn't I? :prr:

Btw, I heard a dutch SLR owner (well, not anymore, he used to have the SLR, then ordered the 722, sold that 722 before he picked it up from the dealership and then ordered the convertible SLR, so he doesn't own any SLRs now) was invited by Mercedes for a trackday in France, with a lot of other SLR owners.. This thread is DA BOMB.

Thanks guys........ your compliments really mean a lot especially coming fom a 19, 20, 21 and a 32 year old.

My Mac laptop just got nuked  a couple days ago when my Cat or small Boxer dog spilled my cup of Duncan Donuts coffee on it so I think I lost some pics and other stuff. I'll try and post some pics of the 599 and the new Spider and Coupe maybe tomorrow from my Mac desktop computer.

Today, my girlfriend and I had the Spider out this afternoon for a ride and tonight we took it when we went to a restaurant. The new F430 Spider and Coupe are just unreal!! :shocked!: The sound is absolutely illegal! The difference between the 06 Spider with the TUBI and 07 Spider with the stock factory exhaust is amazing! The TUBI is quiet compared to the factory system. For me.... the 07 Ferraris work better than Viagra!

I had the 599 out yesterday and it was brutal! You can tell that is has 'big gonads' just from cruising around some. I goosed it a little yesterday and she just wanted to go into hyper-speed. :faint: What's amazing is that (I think) Car and Driver lists the 599 as the fastest 0-60 time of any car (if I remember correctly) including the Enzo, Carrera GT, SLR and a few others! I'm sure that other magazines may show a different story but it's nice to know the 599 can certainly hold it's own! :drinking:

Please give me a few days and I'll do (hopefully) a great write-up on all three cars. I guess you could say now I'm an addict....... a Ferrari addict that is! :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao: Mags

[quote=master_jcp]Your CLK is build!!! :) :)
Good to hear the Mercs is on its way, Mags!! :D

It should be a strange feeling for you, having to "wait" for a car... when you usually go to a dealer, place a good offer for the car in the showroom and drive it back home! :P

Hi master_jcp, How's my friend over in Barcelona? :hello: Everything is great over here!

Buying a car is usually a little different then that. Sometimes I get worried on whether or not I should get the car and then toss and turn at night :wall: trying to figure out if I need the new ride or not. Concerning the CLK, I'm really excited about getting her and seeing first hand what all the hooplais about. :onfire:

The new Ferraris are just fantastic. :shocked!: The sound of the 07 F430s is almost better than sex.... You noticed I said almost! They just sing their song so easily.

The 599 cruises right along and when you give here a little extra throttle, she then starts to growl like a Siberian Tiger! :faint:

Sure am glad I made the deal selling the CGT and the SLR and got the new Ferraris. I'm driving them a ton more!!! Mags

I am a little late in saying this, but, nice additions to the collection Mags! I can fully understand your reasons for selling the SLR and CGT. What's the point of having cars you don't drive? That would be like buying a nice painting and not wanting to look at it. Not to mention that it gives you the opportunity to experience far more cars.

I can't wait to see that evil CLK :D

Is the 07 430 really louder than previous versions of the 430? I once saw a 430 spider, and the noice was amazing! Don't know if it was a 07, but it was really loud!

Is the 07 430 really louder than previous versions of the 430? I once saw a 430 spider, and the noice was amazing! Don't know if it was a 07, but it was really loud!

Hi freddiefish, No.... not that I can hear. I had a 05 F430 and still owned it when I bought the 06 F430 Spider and 07 F430 Coupe. The difference I did hear was between the 06 Spider that had Tubi exhaust and the stock factory 05 and 07 systems. The Tubi exhaust was disappointing compared to the standard Ferrari exhaust which really screamed.

In fact, when I first got my 05 F430 and fired her up to hear that beautiful sound, I couldn't figure out why some Ferrari owners were jumping all over Tubi exhaust systems. The factory system was plenty loud and if indeed, the Tubi was louder, I don't think I would want it anyway! Maybe the Tubi systems offer more performance at certain RPMs, but since I'm a 'good ole country boy' and don't track or street race my cars, I don't need to alter my cars to make them insanely fast. :onfire:

I guess in the previous Ferrari 355 or 360 and earlier, Tubi systems were necessary to make them really sing. Apparently Ferrari decided on their own (or with suggestions from their owners) to make their own sweet sounding and performing systems which they definitely have produced! Mags

I'm baaack! :robot: Guess who dropped in for lunch today? Yep.... the CLK63AMG BS! They delivered her from Columbus, Ohio today. The General Manager and my Salesman both came up to pay me a visit and bring me a present.

The car is unbelievable! It looked unreal coming down the drive. The White really stands out and the all carbon fiber looks fantastic against the White background.

I was going to try and post some pics of her but there was a slight problem. The only way to get a pic of the CLK Black was from the deck of Noah's Ark! :( You see.... we had another day of torrential rain here in Ohio!

So you're just going to have to wait until tomorrow or Saturday for me to get some pics for you. Meanwhile.... here's a couple tidbits about the Black Series.

The seats grab your ass like like a alligator latching on to its prey. When I sat down and started the car, these arms from both interior sides came out and scared the hell out of me. :shocked!: I thought the monster 'Alien' was attacking. Turned out just to be the automatic seat belt arms presenting the belts to you and virtually saying, "OK Dummy, put your seat belt on!"

Next interesting thing is the 'Sound of Music'! Damn she sounds sweet! The movie 'Deep Throat' has nothing on this car. :wanker: It sounds like a lion ready to charge! Magnificent! Remarkable!

The interior trim is really sharp. The side panels of the doors have this kinda quilted look. The dash is sweet and the controls are well laid out.

After the 2 1/2 to 3 hour drive up from Columbus, the guys even stopped at the local gas station to fill up the tank! Plus, when I took the CLK to an appointment I had at 1:00, I was setting up the radio and went to see if I had Siriius radio as an option. Not only do I have Sirius radio, the two salesmen even activated my subscription for me. That's the first time in two years since I started getting Sirius radio in my cars that anyone has bothered to start my subscription for me! How's that for service and good customer relations?

She sits so low, I'll probably have to clean the spit from ants off the front spoiler chin after each time I have her out! :faint: I'm really happy I got her and can't wait to share some pics and more info with all of you.

Hopefully, tomorrow or Saturday, I'll take some neat pictures and certainly provide some more details on this 'super stealth' machine! Mags

Nice ride Mags! I had a chance to see a white one when I was at the Nurburgring a couple of weeks ago and it is a damn sexy car. Sounds amazing too. I think white is the best color for it but I would like to see a black one in person too.

Mags, I have a couple of questions for you that I have been thinking about for a while though, perhaps, you may have already answered them at some point.

What was the first car you had or first car experience that got you into cars?

What cars have been your favorites over the years? I know you said you had owned some muscle cars in the past and now you own some exotics, so what cars stand out in your mind and why?

Thanks

I just had too many rear engine (open compartment) cars. So when there was even the slightest chance of rain, I wouldn't take any of those cars out for a spin. :bad-words: I was always fearful of getting their engine bays filthy dirty and figured it would take hours to try and make them shine again!

master_jcp, You're absolutely right! I sometimes stick my foot right in 'my big fat mouth'! :silly: When I got the SL550 and the first S550, several persons asked why I didn't get the AMG versions since I love 'wild and crazy' cars so much. My response was I didn't think those style of cars in the Mercedes line-up made sense with Hi-Po engines. I felt they were just fantastic cruisers and not meant to be 'Hot Rods'.

Well.... I was wrong! The engine is absolutely fantastic. She's like a rocket during blast-off. Slowly the power builds and then watch out! Although the S65 weighs about 500 lbs. more than the S550 because of the 12 cylinder engine, the 604 HORSEPOWER :faint: more than makes up for the weight difference! I've had to pass several cars on the road already and all you have to do is tickle the throttle and bam, boom, bang! Houston..... we've reached outer orbit! No problem here!

Sorry about no pics today but I went to buy 20 50lb. bags of corn for my outdoor friends the deer, raccoons and ducks that are chowing down like crazy. :D I also started cutting the grass (7-9 acres) lower and lower getting ready for Winter.

Will you guys cut that crap out! :slap: No sooner do you make subliminal suggestions about the NEW GT2 than my Cleveland Porsche dealer gives me a call yesterday and says he thinks he has a 50/50 chance of an allotment for a second GT2 in July of next year (2008)! He said he sold the first unit and wants to know if I'm interested in the second unit.

Surprisingly, when I asked him about the estimated MSRP, he said he thinks it is going to be around $180,000. I thought for sure it would be $190 or more because my 2003 had a MSRP of, I think, $183,000.

I know this will shock you all, but I'm really happy with my current garage make-up. The Ferraris are just so damn sweet to drive and the Mercedes are all-year round drivers so 'I have my cake and I can eat it too'!

He said he'll call me when the facts on the car come together but as of right now, I think I'm 'Quasimodo' about another 911 variant! Mags

You're a wild man, mags. 8)

But the F430 is still in the familiy!

lol that's true, but to make things even crazier - if you go a few pages back you find out that he sold that particular F430 for a newer one.

Yeah guys..... that's what the Dr. said too! So I'm taking the medication he prescribed. :drinking: Uhhhh.... did anyone catch the 'ole changeroo' in the line-up? Didn't think so!

The guy in Cleveland, Ohio who I buy my most of my cars from, had a 2007 F430 Nero Black Spider with only 66 miles on her!!! Forgive me but I couldn't resist jumping all over her. I traded my 07 F430 Black Coupe. This way I keep the Black car and now I have the best of both worlds... a F430 with a drop-top! Yeah... yeah... yeah.... I know, but the Spiders are really two different cars. One is Red and one is Black! :roflmao:

BTW, Nero Black paint has a fire-mist or superfine metalflake in it. Really looks outrageous in the Sun.

I've been driving the CLK63AMG BS and the S65 a LOT. The CLK is just so much damn fun to drive. Torque up the 'wazoo'! No matter at what speed you're going, tickle the throttle and back into the seat you go! Heck it's even fun just to start and hear that rumble.

And the S65 is just plain ridiculous. It's got more toys in her than Toys-R-Us has. There are buttons everywhere. It even has a direct iPod hook-up cable in the glove compartment. The clincher is when you wanna go.... all you have to do is ask the V12 through the throttle and bam, boom, bang! Captain Kirk... Warp Speed is just around the corner. :scatter:

I guess you can tell by now that I'm a true Ferrari Freak! Don't know how to explain it. Happened just like catching the Flu. One day you're OK... the next day you're in deep 'doo-doo'! I got more Ferrari T-shirts and Polos than I do pairs of socks and underwear. My girlfriend even bought me a pair of Red Ferrari tennis shoes for my last birthday!

As far as the new line-up pic, the spot in the driveway where I took the last line-up pic is no good when there are all the leaves on the trees. The leaves block the Sun from reaching the cars and the pic would be too dark. I'll try and take a pic in a week or so when the leaves have thinned out a little. The line-up probably won't be as exciting for you guys as it has been in the past but I can't help that. :violin: I just changed one here and there until I found out what I enjoyed driving the most and I guess you know the answer by now. Take care. Mags

I saw a white CLK BS last sunday on the Nurburgring and itīs beautifull car. I really like the fat front fenders!
The Scuderia would be on my shopping list. Driving the 360 CS convinced me that these are the ultimate cars for me. The owner of the CS that I drove this summer sold his CS this week and ordered a Scuderia for delivery in second quarter of next year. He is looking for another CS to fill the gap till the time he gets his Scuderia delivered.

The performance of the S65 and the BS must be pretty close isnīt it?

Hi Guys..... I'm still around! :-D Sorry for the absence but really nothing new has really happened over here. I still have almost the same line-up. But I did just sell the CLK63AMG Black Series.

Like I've done in the past, I'll buy a car on impulse and then it will just sit around and yeah... I'll occasionally drive it but essentially it sits and doesn't get its proper exercise. So rather than pay insurance and take up space in the driveway, I decided to sell her.

I can't remember, but I think I told you about me picking up a S65 Mercedes. I'm really loving that car. Fast as hell for a cruise ship! That's kinda it for now. I'll come back on in a few days or so and give some added 'words of wisdom' from a 'wacko' car nut.

Take care. 8-) Talk to you all soon. Mags

I am not sure about the A8. See every week 1-3. Nice car, nice sound, but if I see a Aston I say wow but there, ok the new Audi, but in a half year you see them like Porsche 997`s.

Mag, whats about a Aston-Martin DBS?

Well master_jcp, Since you were the last one to hit my car post, I'll address this to you first and then all my other 'friends' here at what was once the good 'ole' Jabbas World. :-) I don't know what caused the transition but the world changes everyday, every hour and every minute...... and so do I.

Just when I thought I was done buying cars for a while because of my love with my present car line-up, I went into a 'Hallucinogenic' heat for of all things..... a Ferrari Enzo!!! :w00t: Why do I say 'hallucinogenic'? Are you 'kiddin'? Even me, the 'lowly' old Magwheel (I did just turn 60 this year), can have dreams of things that we think will probably never come true, right? Well I must have rubbed the right magic lamp because in the last week of April, after searching 'high and low' and daydreaming endlessly, my impossible, improbable, inconceivable and unimaginable dream came true! I bought a 2003 Ferrari Enzo!

Yeah, I possibly could have bought an Enzo some time back if I would have sold three or four of my other cars, something I vouched I would never do, but somehow I was able to work things out.... and have my cake and eat it too!

She's beautiful, Red with Red leather interior. She is only a one and a 'half' car owner car with 3087 miles on her ticker. Yes, there were some other Enzos out there with lower miles but they were obviously higher priced and most were in California and Florida. Seeing and feeling and hearing them was a little tough since I'm afraid to fly! The one I got was here in Ohio and I was able to rub my 'little grubby' hands all over the car. When the guy started in up, I wet my pants! OMG! :scared:

My Girlfriend and I took her out Thursday night to a restaurant and it was unreal. The sound, the ride, the feel and the adrenalin rush was absolutely fantastic! The F1 is a manual shift 'only' upwards and like my 06 Green Murcielago was, she'll eventually shift downwards by herself although not in a performance mode. You have to be going fairly slow for her to downshift into the next lower gear. Lots of facts and figures to come when I'm able to evaluate her a lot better.

I'm really happy to be back here with something decent to talk about so I'm not boring all of you. Give me a little more seat time with her, a week or so, and I'll do a review and hopefully post some really sharp pictures of the 'little Red' Enzo taken on a nice, bright sunny day. Take care everyone, Magwheel

p.s. If I may, I'd like to add two quotes that I guess will fit my and hopefully someday your situation. One is very famous and one is anonymous.

1) "When you dream, dream BIG, and never give up. There's no law that says you have to dream small. Your dream is just that, yours!"

2) “There are those who look at things the way they are, and ask why... I dream of things that never were, and ask why not?” Robert Francis Kennedy ( U.S. attorney general and adviser, 1925-1968)

Yep... That's the one. It really is an outrageous car. I took her out again tonight to a restaurant and boy what a job keeping an eye on her. I gave the hostess a little tip to watch the Enzo since she could just glance out the window and get me every time there were lookers.

I don't mind people looking but you kinda get worried that someone might damage her somehow. One lady asked her boyfriend or husband to take a picture next to the car and saw me watching her and said nicely, "Don't worry, I'm not leaning on the car!" I said "you can lean on her but please be careful." She got so excited I thought she was gonna pass out!

So that is the Ferrari effect on girls?;-):-) Im sure if the Enzo doesn't do it by herself, showing all your Ferraris the result can be compared to the Axe effect:mrgreen::laugh:

I used to worry my heart out when parking my late new car in narrow parking spots. I wouldn't leave from the car at all if it were an Enzo:laugh:

Here's a little info about my buying the Enzo. I never thought I was ever gonna buy one unless I sold a few of my cars.:crying: Anyhow, I was able to work out the financial details and then went searching. I surprisingly found 4 or 5 for sale and proceeded to filter out the differences in them. One had 5 or 6 owners with only 3000 miles on her odometer?

I decided to make the move on the one I first saw in Cleveland at the dealer where I buy a lot of my cars from. I was able to see the Enzo in person, start her up and kick the tires. Plus the body looked to be in excellent condition! Well, I worked the dealer down a little because I did have a few back-up cars to choose from so I think he got worried I would go elsewhere unless he did cut me a little slack.

The Enzo did have 3087 miles on the odometer but I felt I'll keep her 4 or 5 years or more and by then, the mileage difference in most U.S. Enzos won't matter much. The Red interior really turned me on because it made the inside stand out.

Let me post the pics and in a couple of days, I'll be able to give you guys a more detailed review. Here they are: Mags

Damn.... I've been away for so long that I forgot the new name of this forum! I was wondering if some of my 'old' friends are still out there still talking cars and stuff? :?:
I've been laying low from hitting car web forums. I guess after posting my brains out for an extended time, I might have become a babbling idiot! Anyhow, if you're out there and we traded 'hellos', say hi again so I know you're still around. Still 'freaking' out on cars, Mags

Good to hear Michael :) Seems all is well... in that time, we are not quite as chatty as we used to be unfortunately.

How are the dogs doing?

How are the dogs doing?

Hi NTH, Thanks for asking about the dogs. I had a real bad year and a half starting in Dec. of 07. :-( From Dec. of 07 till March of this year, my 3 Labrador Retrievers passed away (2 from cancer and the oldest passed away 1 month shy of 15 years old. I also lost my pet rabbit (wild) that I adopted and lived with me for 6 1/2 years and my Persian cat, Winston, who lived to be just a few months shy of 18 years old.

As much as I love my cars, I'd give them all up to have all my dogs and cats back with me. Cars can't give you the companionship and love a dog or cat can. But, since Dec. of 07, I have adopted 3 more dogs and 2 cats so the house is full of craziness again.

So you're saying this new forum isn't as active as Jabbas World use to be? :?:

Nah.... I'm still alive and well! Just got burned out posting on all the forums and needed a psychiatric rest! :banghead:
Give me a few days or more and I'll give you some info on the new rides. It's nice to be missed! Mags

Hey fireguy, Yep... The dealer in Cleveland gave me a trade deal :w00t: on my 08 BMW M3 for the 2010 GT3 that I couldn't pass up. Details to follow shortly. Mags

Hi gigdy, When I was looking to buy the Enzo up in Cleveland, there was a F50 from the same collection the dealer bought the Enzo from as well as a F40 and 288 GTO!!! Both the F40 and 288 GTO were sold before I got there and I didn't even get a chance to see them in person. But in regards to the Enzo vs the F50, as nice as the F50 is and looks, the Enzo is so much more 'electric', it's unreal! Plus the F50 is really a bit more cramped for a person my size compared to the Enzo.

To be honest, I like the looks of the F40 better than the F50. The F40 with that huge wing just looks so much more aggressive, that it turns me on big time. Kinda like 38DDs. Mags

Your absolutely right. My retriever died of cancer about 4 months ago. For his last few weeks (which were very comfortable, and enjoyable right up until his last day with us); we got a companion. They got along wonderfully, and the new dog is great... but it was a terribly dificult thing to go to the vet one last time with Cliff. :(

I was in the US for a while (NJ SoCal and Miami  ) but I came back.. I'm in Law School atm.. (I know.. I know.. another one..)
sorry to hear about your pets.. I only have one Labrador.. and she moved to Miami with my sister and her husband about 2 months ago.. the house feels weird without her.. :-(
I really don't want to think about the day she'll leave us (9 years old now), but I know I'll never be ready for it.. glad to her you bounced right back and adopted pets pretty fast.. I'm just really happy I can at least see my dog a lot over Skype and all..
anyways.. ahh.. oh yeah I moved over to the dark side since 2008, been riding a Yamaha R6 (can't afford a car that can match the thrills.. yet.. :-D)

I don't have much spare time for forums now days with school and all.. and I guess facebook is where I spend some of my free time.. with my mom living in Australia, and my sister in Miami.. lol facebook and Skype is the main ways of communication for me it seems.. I still make sure to pop in to ex-JW once a day or so to see whats going on.. so keep us posted ;-)

Hey Magwheel has anybody ever been ignorant or just acted like a jealous idiot around any of your cars in public? I ask this because i would be paranoid to park any of those anywhere, especially the Enzo. Ive had people yell & throw things at me in a Mustang, i could imagine what they would say in a Ferrari.
