Default Maserati MC 12XX by Edo

170hp power increase

The Edo Maserati MC 12R just got better. Where the MC 12R had a modest 70hp power increase, the MC 12XX is aiming for Ferrari FXX power levels, totalling the horsepowers under the hood at 800. Edo was never very happy with the Maserati MC 12, even comparing the sound of the car to a Nissan Primera, and has undoubtedly outdone himself this time around.

So, if you have a MC12 sitting around, head on down to Ahlen, Germany. With purchasing this program you will also receive 1 day of testing with an Edo instructor, mechanics, data recording, transport and hospitality.

im not a big fan of flashy designs or paintjobs but this doesn't look bad at all... and extra power can't hurt can it?

[edit] and wow, 100kg weight savings! this car's gonna fly
Also true racing suspension/damping parts sound nice

Awesome, but I'm afraid it's not street legal (at least not with the weight savings).
Wonder if anyone will put this engine in his Enzo...

awesome! this is really redical +170hp and -100kg of weight.... hell yeah!

volume of the exhaust per button push adjustable
nice

this whole package looks awefully good, it just needs to loose the gay paintjob and the stupid rims. then it would be just perfect

This is madness!

Judging from those specs, they really did a thourough job. Incredible that they managed to extract an extra 170hp from that engine! And I can't see why it wouldn't be street legal, it even has low back-pressure sport catalytic converters.

Now let's wait for the first MC12 XX vids 8)

Interesting info, LEXION, thanx!
According to german "Sportcars" magazine, they saved the weight by removing things like hand brake and the water tank for windscreen cleaning, that's why I wasn't sure about its road legality.

Ugh. That paint job and those wheels ruined the car. Great performance figures though.

From the same source as earlyer, I heard that the car is curently under new modifications, at the engine and suspensions, so it would perform better on the rally.....Well just have to see what they achieved again
