Default New suv / hatchbak / crossover ... thingy

Dodge Hornet

This Dodge Hornet concept, which debuts at the upcoming Geneva motor show, goes after the small, spiffy and economical European B-segment. The hunched down, wide-bodied, front-wheel-drive hatch will run 0 to 60 mph in 6.7 seconds, thanks to a single-cam 1.6-liter supercharged four-cylinder that generates 170 hp and 165 lb-ft. The engine mates to a six-speed manual transmission.

Can anyone help me figure out what this thing is..

if the front had diferent face, I would like it, but this is awful...

I think it's supposed to be a hot hatch. It doesn't look very good, but many concept cars don't, so what did you expect? It seems a little unsure of its identity, with many features normally associated with trucks (like the front grille, high driver's position), but shorter and narrower than a full-sized car. Too big to be a good hot hatch. To put it simply: it's bad.

The part that should concern all y'all - is that the design is based on feedback and surveys from the euroepean market...

You guys are asking for ugly shit like that - just look at Audi, VW, MB, Volvo etc...

Not fair...you asked for the Pontiac Aztek

Ugly SOB, same as all those other crossover shit for Europe, US and Japan. Nobody asked for that crap, that's damn obvious
