Nope I'm running Windows XP Pro SP2. Anyways i figured out what the problem was. I had to allowed unsigned codes and all the other mumbo jumbo in IE to run. Basically go to IE tools and then security and then if there is anything disabled just enable it all and then it will work like it should!
