How to unblock Webview.dll and Active x Control?

Hey MW, no time for indepth explanation but I got a problem.
I am trying to remote view a security camera from Internet explorer 7 and it keeps giving me an error, first it says I need to run active x control and then after I run that it gives me an error saying webview.dll was blocked.
How do I unblock webview.dll? I tried searching the web but really no luck, maybe I overlooked it or something? Thanks for the help.

Are you running WinCE or some other mobile version of Windows?

Nope I'm running Windows XP Pro SP2. Anyways i figured out what the problem was. I had to allowed unsigned codes and all the other mumbo jumbo in IE to run. Basically go to IE tools and then security and then if there is anything disabled just enable it all and then it will work like it should! :D Thanks for the responses though.
