On Saturday I prolly go to the Universal Studios to have the Studio Tour. I'm not really interested in the theme parc attractions. But I've no idea how long this tour will take.
It took about an hour and a half alltogether when I went on it

That is pretty mcuh an all day thing. There is no way you can go to Universal Studios and just do the Tour.

Two totally different answers. I'll give them a call, and than I'll decide what I'll do.

I think we Minacious mean is that you could do the Tour, but you will would want to do the Theme park as well .

I would recommend the Theme Park .

Not only do you have the theme park, but you also have Universal City Walk with all its shops, etc. plus leaving from the Santa Monica area and going up there will take some time. So even if you dont decide to go to the theme park, you are still looking at a couple of hours easy.

Ah like that
Now that I've seeen how much those tickets cost, I also understand why you would also want to visit the theme park.

In that case I won't visit the universal studios, I'll just go on the WB studio tour, which takes 2 hours.

EDIT: I'll have to go there today, since it's sold out for tomorrow
so I'm pretty free for tomorrow

Thanks for all the info about the scenic routes around LA. I loved the view of the mountains combined with the beaches. Also Yerba Buena road is a great road. Too bad the Mustang convertible I booked, wasn't available when I arrived. Such things always happen to me. I had to go on my trip with a 300C 3.5. That's a nice car for cruising and finding your way through city traffic in a relaxing matter. But it isn't suited for attacking winding mountain roads, especially not with the shitty tires they put on it.

But nontheless I had a great time. I also managed to visit WB studios. I had bigger expectations of this tour. There wasn't much action to see, prolly because I did the tour at 4 PM on a Friday. But it was nice to do.

Tomorrow on the agenda: relaxing at the beach and I'll try to meet up with you guys. Thanks a million for all the great tips. Without them I prolly wouldn't have such a great time.
