On average, we don't hear as many cases of similarly powered cars being trashed as we do of the M6.

A few cars like the Porsche GT also experience a surprisingly large number of accidents, as has LP640's. I think we all remember the case of the recently departed GT's wife trying to sue Porsche on the basis of the car being unsafe and dangerous to drive.

Maybe some of these new cars have some stability problems, i.e. "flaws". And being a BMW and an M makes the M6 no different. If it is difficult for owners to control, up and above a "median", then one could construe that it has a "flaw".
These kind of cars are just too powerful for the owners.

Couldn't agree less. So now we make all cars dull to drive, so a "median" driver can handle it? Sorry, but if you're an idot and buy yourself a car that you can't handle, it's your own fault. I want powerful, fast cars. And the're difficult to drive fast.
With elecronics, however (and most of these cars have ESP) they are as easy to drive as a family mini ...

PS: This GT drivers widow is an ungreteful bitch. It's not nice to loose a husband, but sunig a catr company because car is fast (which is the reason he bought it) in idiotic.
