And yet another M6 which bites the dust...

This is becoming a rather regular event :?

Wow.. the car looks totally fucked, but the passenger compartment looks perfect..

I can take a good guess that the people inside are just fine..

On average, we don't hear as many cases of similarly powered cars being trashed as we do of the M6.

A few cars like the Porsche GT also experience a surprisingly large number of accidents, as has LP640's. I think we all remember the case of the recently departed GT's wife trying to sue Porsche on the basis of the car being unsafe and dangerous to drive.

Maybe some of these new cars have some stability problems, i.e. "flaws". And being a BMW and an M makes the M6 no different. If it is difficult for owners to control, up and above a "median", then one could construe that it has a "flaw".

When I first time drove the M6 I pushed the car very hard and drove fast in the bends. The road was dry but I couldnt feel any flaws, very stable at 200km/h and sticky in the bends. If it was on a wet road then I wouldnt drive the way I just did. On wet or snowy roads show respect. Also when you drive without DSC and other electronic stuff show respect unless you are a really good driver.

Good guess. ALso: he tore front right wheel off, and rolled over (in the air) twice ... Or so they say ...

Lookin at that car again is almost as if I'm looking at someone laying dead on the floor with their brains splattered next to then ;\

Bad crash. It's sad to see nice cars ruined.

Aparently the driver drove too fast out of a corner (last two days were very wet) and hit a tree. The impact made the car to spin and hit the curb with the rear right wheel which was torn off. The car then hit another tree with the drivers doors and ended up in the middle of the road. "

From what I've heard more or less right. Although there's no corner 100m before or after. I guess (road is extremely slippery there when wetz) it got sidewasy on thne straight.

Right after I saw that pic I thought the same thing. I thought it looked like a crime scene photo from a murder investigation!
