probably paying some for R&D of the heat escape system, he said they had a hard time designing it

Finally! I have never seen the tranparent engine cover on the Gallardo before. I knew it was on the options list and was very curious about it. Looks terrific IMO! Thanks for the pics.

Hehe , it looks phenomenal , but the engine is still not as beautifull as the Ferrari ones
