God damn POS!

For about a month some fucked up spyware has infested my computer. It changed my homepage to "blank"...which infact is some fucking shit: http://auto.search.msn.com/response....h=5&prov=&utf8....or webcoolsearch.com.
I've tried everything, including deleting cookies, Ad-Aware, and everything. Nothing will get rid of this fucking POS and it's driving me nuts. Does anyone have any idea on what else I should try? Please, try to give me serious answers (no geekdiggy crap), because this thing is very frustrating!
