NICE! There going to have a version with a 4.5l 400 hp V8. So I take it they are going to put the old M5 engine in the new M3. Watch out Zo6. I hope the back is more beautiful than in those vids though. They had a picture of the back and it scared me.

That's Chris Bangle for you. I heard that BMW has recently 'promoted' him out of his head of Design role, into an executive role. Hopefully, this will result in future Bimmer's being received by the public more like the '86 7 series, the '90 3 series, and the '88 & '96 redesign of the 5 series, the designs of which were overseen by Claus Luthe.

Unfortunately, the then head of BMW R&D, one Wolfgang Reitzle replaced Claus with the now notorious Chris Bangle. The rest is history. Hopefully, BMW won't be...

Yep - watch out Z06... but the LS7 powered C6-Z06 might just surprise even this next gen. M3..

The horsepower wars are getting mighty interesting

Hell yeah RC45, all across the board too. The M5/RS6/AMG war is getting interesting with the V10's. The M3/C6/(RS4), right down to the mini tuning packages lol what more could a car nut want!

I love horsepower wars. Not only do they get more power the companies also try to make the suspensions better and everything else. New technology comes out to make cars faster and get better gas mileage.

seriously- I think that it's great to have all this competition because it's just going to drive the car companies to come out with the best cars they can.
