i dont get what you are asking.
skyline and the Z car are 2 differant cars
they are both offered in the japanese market.

the R34 GTR always used the 2.6L turbo engine and the 350z uses the 3.5L VQ engine.

GTR is a more advanced car, but u have to pay for it.. the GTR was discountined over 2 years ago and was never officially released in north america.

there are only a few places in US that can ship these over, and it will cost u an arm and leg for a used one.

the skyline (R)34 is dead. they are no longer producing it, so you won't see it here, unless someone imports a jspec one (motorex).

the new skyline (japan) is the new infinity g35 (usa). and AFAIK, there is no GTR version yet.

i think there is a gtr(35) version. dont quote me on it. in fact i have no idea, nevermind. but i did read somewhere, a few years ago, that the r35 would use a variation on the vq35de in the g35 and it would have electric motor assisted turbos, to make up for lag(spool quicker). dont quote me on that either, i just read it somewhere. dont have a link though.

Yeah they stop like last year. So no more R34s. The R35 is still a few years off.

The R35 will be a completely re-designed model not resembling an infiniti G35, or the Japanese Skyline. Carlos Ghosn promises that it will come stateside too.
