that was in Japan. It was a ferrari club yearly gathering. They had the photo in the ferrari annual 2001 book. Most of em belonged to Matsuda. The biggest ferrari collector in Japan. the person who snapped the photo lingers in one the other forums i visit, so yes i can verify that they are Japanese Ferraristis.
