Default Preview pics from Geneva 2004

Ok, little intro even if 90% of you will skip directly to the pics

Even if I'll go again to Geneva the last Saturday, today I couldn't resist and since it's just 60 km from here, I had to go for it already I can't stand to see all the pics on the net and not be there myself
It was all done in a rush basically. I took my car at 1:30 PM and blasted as fast as I could on the highway to reach Geneva I was brave enough to try the parking lot right in front of it and no idea how, in 5 minutes I got a place where to park! Good start! So I run inside and start the ordeal Yes I know that can sound the wrong term, but the show is very big, and I mean, almost to much even for car nuts like we are! And I had limited time since I had to go back to pick up my girl later in the evening! So this mission was just meant for me to see all the cars so I can also check the pics online w/o spoilers and since I was there, I also took some 400 pics LOL!
But here is the sad part: since I don't have big memory cards (64 + 8 MB), I couldn't go for big pics+high quality. This year I tried to set it at 1024x768 and "normal" quality instead of "high". That allows some 360+ pics on the 64 MB card. I did a couple of tries at home since I rarely use the "normal" setting and it seemed ok, but now that I'm checking the pics in the PC, it's not that great... maybe because there are so many strong lights, no idea, but the pics are quite shabby I'm really deceived... I need that damn Canon 300D badly LOL!
Still basically the main interest for me to have pics is to put them in my archive and look back at them in some years to see what I saw in the past
And since I have them here, why not to post a nice topic with them too?

Now, I think I have a total of 412 pics to check, resize and try to fix a little with Photoshop, and I'm waiting for Chaos to send me the logo he made so I can paste it on them

But I couldn't resist and I have to post at least some preview pics

I KNOW YOU DIDN'T READ A SINGLE WORD OF THE ABOVE!!!!!

Ok here are a couple of pics.. the rest will follow ASAP!
I had to choose just some of them and since I know most of you, I had to go for some babes too

[b]This 6-Series was the first car that I saw from my entry point what a sight! I think the new 6 is the perfect BMW! I never liked it that much in pictures and I have to say I didn't manage to find the right angle so IMO it's impossible! But I saw it already 3 times on the road and it's completely different! Perfect proportions, stunning lines, imposing car, simply amazing IMO...
This one was on a tuner's stand, so obviously it features some bling bling rims

The Tripiuno Concept was one of the cars I wanted to see very badly! The first official pics made me fall in love! Really! And beeing on an Italian stand, the car comes with a babe, stock LOL! Sadly here is where the poor quality of my pics is pretty obvious!
Anyway she wasn't really that gorgeous, and sadly it was hard to take pics of the car because the stand was cramped... still cute car damn!

Lancia now.. and Lancia always has the shortest skirts and the cutest blondes.. this one was a masterpiece IMO but I'm dumb as a drunk idiot and look.. beside here there was that damn Lancia writing with pretty strong light.. so the pics are worst than ever LMAO!

And look at that! It was a Ypsilon I think LOL! The do that every year.. a normal car when you can sit in and a babe with short miniskirt placed inside.. and tons of men drooling at her LMAO!! Almost sad to see but what a pair of legs!

Another Ypsilon, rotating this time, enclosed and protected and with its stock babe

Well, the CGT couldn't miss from the preview pics it was very well placed inside Porsche's stand, but sadly I have to admit, and st-anger already agreed, the global positioning was pretty poor! Not much space (as always sadly), but way to many cars placed inside it.. so the CGT had a GT2 in front of it and a GT3 again in front.. all very very close.. so almost impossible to take good pics... a pity really.. and also a pity that they didn't bring a GT3 RS!

The Xsara compared to that seems born 150 years ago! Crazy sight!

Uff, blurry pic.. but I have more SLR shots of course

A combo in this picture: Maybach 62 and lot of ppl around! despite beeing a weekday!

You already saw that car a lot of times latey but nice to stand beside it!

I was almost running at that point.. not sure wich game you could play inside there... last year it was GT3 but looking quickly at the screen I'm pretty sure it wasn't the same this year.. anyway I had no time for that
And there were some other places where to play with similar devices of course

One of the 2 Scaglietti... sadly there was not a blue one, only this and the "no-idea-how-to-call-that-dark-red" one

Lambo's stand for our a007apl as always, as minimal as possible: a Gallardo, a Murcielago, the Murcielago Roadster and that's all if you don't consider the pseudo Murci-roadster on the wall behind the cars

And to close this preview... the award for the best boutique this year goes to Porsche hands donw IMO.. and when I saw this GT3 RS on that simil-carbon plate I had to buy it! (Minichamps, 1/43)
