Default New, Faster Koenigsegg CCR





The brand new Koenigsegg CCR adds a second model to the Koenigsegg line-up with a new, more powerful version of their original CC8S. The body has been slightly modified with a new front splitter, headlights, and air vents ahead of the front wheels. The side air intakes have also been restyled and the rear fascia has been opened up. The engine stays basically the same, but has the addition of a twin-screw Lysholm supercharger for 800hp @ 6900rpms and 920Nm @ 5700rpms.

The Koenigsegg CCR is set to be even faster then the Koenigsegg CC8S, which just made itself famous by becoming the world's most powerful production car according to the Guiness Book of World Records.

Will it break down as often as the CCV8S too?

I like it, I wonder if it will actually dethrone the McLaren this time.

wish i could buy one of those. No importer in my region as of yet (or maybe ever..)...ayaya...such beauty and so out of reach of mere mortals. Big question...

Is it drivable?

800 horses? Pah...i'll probably be spinning my wheels all the way to 300kmh.....scary thought.
