140km/h is one of our highway speed limit which is about 90mph or so.
usually it's 100km/h 62mph.
We don't usually have a police officer which stops you.. we have a fixed radar or some times a radar in a parked car if it got caught. it will be sent to the police and when you renew your registerations you have to pay the fine.. unless you have something serious which then you go to court..
