Great pics! Thanks. Just one thing, the car in the second picture isn't a Ferrari, it's a Porsche.

I totally agree with you, but there's no such car as a 250 GTO SWB. The 250 SWB is this car.

I never liked SWBs front end. From the side it looks stunning, but its facia doesnt have the magic of the GTO. But damn I want one. Id give my soul to the devil to own it.

That's what I said. 250 GTO SWB is a non existing model. It's either 250 GT SWB or 250/330 GTO.

ahh...i always get them confused. Gran Turismo Omologato that is. How rare is the 250 GT SWB as opposed to the 250 GTO? I was told once that there was a 250GTO LM and SWB, both of which have less than 4 pieces each...could be wrong tho. explanations anyone?

In total 46 GTOs were built. 39 of them as 250s (3 litree) and 7 were fitted with the 330 (4 litre) engine. Apart from the differences between the GTOs as pictured above and the 1964 250 GTO, many GTOs have small differences in for instance air intakes.
The 250 GT SWB is not as rare as the GTO. 165 were built, of which 90 were officially registered as 'stradale'.

I love old Ferraris they have more class and elegance then the present one, the present one are more racy the old one are really aristocratic. It is a shame i can't see the difference in the cars (names) I only know how the the 250GTO? and the 288GTO? looks like.
