Default Edmund's Bentley Conti SS test

I 've never seen so much blue smoke under braking with an ABS equipped car .

It also runs a close second to Ford for excessive nose dive under braking.

All that being said, pretty impressive numbers for such a (quiet) pig.

And from some older tests, the F50 needs an extra 10ft or so to brake from 60-0...admittedly without ABS but about a tonne less weight to carry!

People have long said the F50's brakes are horrible... but a big part of the stopping distance is tire technology. 13 years later, it's advanced tremendously.

Tyres are the answer.

As a pathetic weekend hack I went from 107ish ft 60 - 0 ABS assisted on GYSC F1's to 90ft sans ABS on Kuhmos

I would hope a "pro" magazine could show similar improvements
