He races at great speed, having some close calls, almost hitting pedestrians - he has himself claimed that the he managed to hit 200 km/h.
This is the movie that started "Street Racing" and everything between.
Movies like the Getaway in Stockholm series was inspired by this movie, so whenever you see a car chase on tv through chinatown you now know who came up with it first.
