the S7 is faster to 60 then the more powerful S7 TT... but teh TT edges out the n/a in the 1/4 still.

actually no, its due to not enough frictional surface. There isn't much turbo lag to speak of, especially on a hard launch in the S7 TT... have you been in one? its not a 'high boost' car at all.... and 427ish cubes. Its the massive torque the car produces spinning only the rear wheels.... you are fighting for traction in all of 1rst and 2nd gears.... 90+ mph

I still think it would be a much closer battle than the SLR, and just nice to see the battle of the regions. Bugatti (EU), McLaren (UK), and Saleen (US)....throw in the Koenigggseeegggggsgsggggg for scandinavia.

In a stright line the Bugatti has it in the bag, but around the track? hmmmmm

I love the second gear in that car, it's so short 6.41.andsome is my time. I've only gotten 1.44.andsome with SLR. I could cut maybe two seconds easily from S7s time, but any more than that would need more practise in the curvy section after the Karussell.

haven't run it yet... maybe sometime tomorrow. Sounds fun. I haven't played GT4 in foreeeeever

The SLR managed to do pretty well for the first second or two during the second run, although it's clear the AWD of the Veyron gave the car much more grip for that initial start.

During the first run, the SLR seemed to start off too harshly and the typical MB electronics kicked in, making the whole car shudder and the rear sway as it lost precious seconds. From there on, it was just game over.

Still a fun run to watch.
