there's one more in the new movie (casino royale)
when Bond goes into his DBS to get the intel and check his gun (no driving btw) he doesn't close the door (you don't hear a sound and clearly see it open) but when the camera cuts to a new angle the door is closed and when the camera cuts back to the original angle the door is still open.

sometimes the mistakes are way too obvious, i often notice some when i'm at the cinema watching the movie... sometimes it's really lame/bad
