Default [Photoshoot-tdrive] Jaguar XK4.2

I stopped the last topic infront of the Jaguar dealer in Zürich  here
where the beautiful black Coupé was waiting for a ride

It was a sunny winter day in Zürich and I drove out of the city, first stop was in a small forest
( the only "open" road around Zürich with some curves ... interesting light conditions with the fog and the sun

.... on to of the hill near Zürich I stopped again

this is actually a bus stop, you see the yellow marks onthe street.... but the busdriver was cool and didn't press the horn when he was approaching

the photoshooting location was nearby

close-ups

then the fog came closer and I did some of my best car pics ever

would like to end the report with some portrait photos

That's all for my 5k post

the review can be found here.

The color of the car didn't helped much in the photoshoot but the photos are awesome. It was a nice sunny day, I guess! 8)

And that's a really good looking car !!

Sad it was a Jag , because your pictures are marvellous.

Use the same spot next time you will test a Audi & Porsche or Lambo.

why's everybody bitchin' around that it's "only" a Jag? you made the car look marvellous. excellent photography and besides the only cars that look good in that situation are british cars imo. a DB9 would have been killer of course

We didn't say that it's "only" a Jag, Erez and me said simply that we don't like Jaguar's car...richtig verstanden.

Anyway, and I'm not complaining at all... in some pics you could have turned the wheel the other way round - the result would have been much better showing the rim instead of the black tyre
true, realised this only while editing the pics, the sun came "always" fro the side where the rim was not visible. Some would have been cooler that way

would love to shoot a DB9 there or anywhere
Anybody reading this and having an Aston Martin is welcome to leave a pm!

Nice photoshoot St. M. Lot of awesome pics there. Thanks for sharing.

For the people commenting on it should have been some other car: That is not the point here. This is a photoshoot where the idea is you showcase your talent in taking quality photos that make the car ... any car ... shine. And St. M has done it here. It could have been a trabant or a clio but the cars dont matter.

LOL, a carshooting has a car in the picture usually . Yes, these foggy conditions would have been nice "alone"

Thanks for the comment Sameer!

No problem for me,
I would also have taken an AM over the JAg, don't think a Porsche/Lambo would have been a car to place in these conditions.
Briths cars as silentm said.
