They didn't say what the response rate of the screen is... if it's higher then 10ms, then it's not really worth it.

and

expect a global launch within a few months.

A surprising number of otherwise good LCD's are still running at 12, 16 or so milliseconds...
But the resolution is relatively low, so it should most likely clock in at less then 10ms...
