Interesting, I quite like the look of it as a Track day car, reminds me a bit of the renault spider actually..
Competitor for the Atom, Westfield and Radical I suppose..
Wonder if it will be at the Rai this month, BTW are you going Nico?

The Euro price (49k euros) = $65,558 USD
"Launch edition" (39k GBP) = $78,437 USD
|
Hmm.. rather over priced for a mediocre track-day car.
$78,000 will buy you a brand new Panoz Esperante GTS race car.
Looks cool though - topless Elise

It's a slight bit cheaper than the CUP car. The UK price includes VAT, so you have to deduct that for US pricing.
For the road car (UK only) it's another 1.1K GBP.....

BTW - wasn't there a similar barchetta-style Elise some years ago?
|
Do you perhaps mean the Lotus Elise 340R?

It's the same thing. Except the silver one was the initial proposal. The 2 Eleven's the production model. They said it would take over a year for people to buy one when the silver one came out.

That looks pretty cool, but seems way expensive. IDK what the price of an Atom is, but I would prob take that over the 2-eleven as I think it is cheaper, and prob faster.
