Possibly the most insulting License Agreement ever made...??
...and its German
In order to use the software correctly and reliably, you must follow the instructions given in the user manual or in the on-line help system, which are available in a limited number of languages and are understood by the intended users due to their skills and level of education. You must also adhere to the directions given in the user manual for the product with which you are using the software.
The rights and responsibilities accruing in respect to Leica Geosystems as a result of acquisition of the software are set out in the LEICA SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT.

Sounds German too me.. but it makes sense. When you're a software engineering you're usually making software for idiots who don't even know what the fuck they want.
