^The politician I work for drives a purple Jeep Cherokee. The Commonwealth Car Service, or whatever it's called uses either white or grey cars.
Black is often associated with gangsters, yes, but businessmen often buy black cars. Look at the Buicks they sell in China. Almost all are black.
