The S65 is insanely fast and refined, and the S8 is gorgeous in the details and has the best interior, but I'd take the Quattroportte any day. The Ferrari derived 8 and the accompanying wail, plus its sporting driving dynamics, wrapped in a gorgeous Italian aluminum dress, wins me over every single time. Forza Italia!

Audi S8 for me. I sit in it in AutoSHow Turkey and it was fantastic. Quality is very very high. I have no doubt v10 has a fantastic sound in audi 8 suit. What a man wants more? Maybe 3 hot chicks in it

The AMG's the top choice for me. Insanely powerful and torqey versus the slightly more anemic and heavier engine of the Gallardo (which also has less torque). The AMG interior is better in my opinion as well.
The Quattroporte is ok I guess, but just doesn't do it for me.

S8 will always win my heart and pocket, but those rims are hideous.
I was about to Italians, but I'm a loyal Audi Fan.
S8 is my choice

guess you know what I voted...
I got to drive the S8 like a maniac at gotland ring during audi's sportcar experience, and that howl from the engine is fantastic! +during shifts it releases a deep deep growl that will scare childen off the streets
@TGNL - I got my eyes opened at the S8 in Ronin too! haha

maser all the way...
style over substance for me in this case, and yes, I know all the pluses and the big minuses, but...maser's engine sound, the lines...well, maybe I'd go mad because of the gearbox, but they've put in a "proper" auto now, ...
I just love the S8 also and it's a great car, but just not enough excitment...
The S class is too business, too classy to make my heart beat faster....but it does sound nice, I just saw and heard one this morning. A hell of a car.

As much i love bot maser and S8, S63 would be still a no-brainer.
S8 is the only audi I admire, because R8 is lacking in the engine department. Maser is so good looking, especially now after facelift. But S-class, need I say more..
