Feb 4: LM002, F355, Dino, 348, 550, AMV8, 911 Speedster...
So, again I have some pics from Switzerland and some from the Ring
As always, click any preview pic to be taken to the full high-res pics update
Let's start from my country, with this, my first AMV8 LOL! Back then it was quite something and not many ppl had seem one on the road I guess. Now it's almost the "old" model . Notice it had a DB9 wheel at the front. It came directly from UK BTW.
And here is a sexy black Speedster, 2 min from my home
In the paddocks, at the Ring, a simple SL55 equipped with the Power Pack
And can you think about a better car to trail your vintage Ferrari to a Ferrari meeting? LOL, brillant!
No idea why this dude was there. he was waiting at the entrance of the moden track but never saw him inside or at the NS afterward. Luckily I snapped two quick pics because a Dino in rosso Dino is a must
And here we are at the NS parking, with a 348 and a Jabba machine

Mmm great spottings!
Love the 348/355 and the V8 Vantage! (why has it got a db9 rim LOL?)
Good job spotting the Dino and the LM002!
The 911 Porsches are very nice, so clean, and the black 997 very neat 8)

That DB9 wheel on the AMV8 looks weird. It looks too small.
The Porsche Speedster is really beautiful
The LM002 is always an impressive car. What an insane car  I think I'd never seen one in yellow but it looks pretty cool.

LOL, strange look for the AMV8 with the mismatching wheels! Love the Dino, looks sensational in that colour and a nice rare catch with the Lambo!
Thanks

Winter tyres only at the front?

Might sound stupid, but for what reason? Surely, if you're gonna change your tires you would change the whole set. What sort of an advantage would he get from just changing the front ones?
|
Well, some ppl only put winter tires where they have traction (and the AMV8 isn't a front wheel drive afaik )... in those case it could make partial sense, although I still think it's not safe.
In this case, we were in summer and it's only a single wheel, not both front ones. No idea why obviously

Nice pics TT - I like the LM002 - sweet car!
Awesome 246 Dino - I wonder why the owner removed the bumpers - it sure looks sweet but better not hit something! The Rosso Dino looks like a color that belongs on the Lambo catalogue - nice orange tint to it
