If its his plane its not his private plane but a plane of the head of the state so you cannot expect it to be cheaply made

how do these photos show that? slowly 'private' enterprise is being returned to state control... if anything, they are returning to communism (and they were never in the shackles of socialism...)

Although I would argue to an extent that Leninism was relatively close to Marxist socialism.
