Which HDD DVD Player?
Hi guys, X-Mass is round the corner and I'm deciding which player to buy for my parents. it has to be a HDD recorder, so my mum can record all those Dallas, Esmeralda and this kind of sh*t... and for me to plug my iPod so I can watch all those car vids, so the video input could be a advantage
any idea or a good advice for whichone to chose?
price up to 240GBP
Thanx!!!

i say if you have a xbox 360 the get the HD player for it and you can buy some movies off xbox live. but you can't record :bah: just the normal xbox CD drive out shines and DVD player i have seen yet.

My dad just bought himself a Sony HDD, really easy to use and everything, easy menu and so on. Philips is nice too but a bit pricey

I'm actually thinking about SONY RDR-HX 720, which looks best to me and it's the top price I'm willing to pay

either way...Panasonic, Poneer, Sanmsung all get better reviews from users than Sony...(main concern is that its overpriced)...
