Default biggest crane in Switzerland

I know there are prolly bigger ones in the world
but this one is supposed to be the biggests of Switzerland,
With this crane, they install the metall parts of the stadium-roof, the new one of Zürich

look at the top, it has a service-towercrane on top of it=)

I wonder how expensive they are, and what do you do with one, after the job is done?....and how did Taipei 101 got built? It didint neede such big cranes....nice pics

^ usually, the cranes of these tall buildings are "mounted" onto the building and grew with them, they are installed inside the hole for the elevators for instance ...


@skaala: where did they use that crane ?

@skaala: where did they use that crane ?
they have one in norway at a site that builds large oil platforms and other installations for use in the north sea. they also have a few others around the world. not so often at building sites for builings, but for lage installations and ships.

btw. tower cranes are remarkably quick to extract. normal "small" yellow ones doen't take more than a few hours.
