probably around 1000rwhp on nitrous
it's quicl, but not that impressive in context - it's a highly modded turbo nitrous engine... it runs like any of the Viper/Vette/Supra/Skyline/Porsche cars modded by the likes of Heffner, Hennesey, MTI, Techart, Ruf, 9ff, Koenig etc

hmm...... whats that a Veyron does 186 in 17 seconds, and perhaps another 4 for 205 :p
sorry, but i just can't get excited about skylines; as they are nearly as ugly as F1's are.

I think that Bugatti say that the Veyron will do 200mph in under 20 seconds.
The thing that is most interesting about this video though is that it accelerates faster than an F1 to 60mph, 100mph and the 1/4, but the F1 is as fast to 200MPH. Why is this interesting? Well, because it shows how important aerodynamics are when big numbers come up, and highlights that a Corvette with the same power should accelerate even faster as it has a very good BC of .31 iirc.
I agree that the Skyline is not the prettiest car, but I feel that the F1 is stunning in the right colour.

yeah, its damn fast for sure (both); and it would obliterate 98% of street cars out there.
and i know many people go ga-ga for the McLaren F1.... personally, i prefer the looks of the XJ220 (and of course the Vector W8)

^^^^ I dont like the look of the XJ220 and like I said in the other thread the only good looking vector is the W2
The R33 syline is not too good looking, butt the R34 is awsome looking IMO. Hell, the Veyron isnt all that to me, but it looks pretty good.

The XJ220 is a beautiful car too, and kind of a pre-cursor to the Veyron (huge speed in luxury), but is was hugely overpriced and came at such a bad time for Jaguar. I also like the EB110, but have never been a huge fan of the Vector, just based on the fact that it's very difficult to hear anything about it except its (undeserved) reputation for being mechanically poor. Which is a shame as they tried to bring some very groundbreaking technology to the market with the Vector.
