car stickers - national emblems

Does anyone know where you can buy these descrete silver national emblems. I don't want to slap on one of those big oval white ones when I'm driving south into the EU.:roll:
I have seen several cars that have discrete (not filled in white") stikers on....

you have to have it when you are driving in EU countries. EU lisence plates already have the EU-flag and the letters saying which EU-country you are from.
I got fined 15 euros by some crazy old autobahn-cop this winter outside Hamburg.
