How much is the car in Finland? About €150,000?

The taxes suck... I saw my SLK is on sale for roughly €110-120,000 over there... That's 50% more then what I paid for it in Switzerland.

^ WTF  Didnīt know that your car prices are THAT high! Thats insane because the cars here in Germany are far from cheap aswell. I think the RS4 starts at about 60.000€ here. Why is it so expensive over there? Is this just the case with cars or with everything else?

Congrats. Its startling to see the prices of cars in Finland after accounting for taxes and other duties. 115K Euros will buy you a 2000-01 360 Modena here in the US.

i drove RS4 and S8 today, nice rides, S8 was specially good for it purpose and the sound were quite nice too.

RS4 was lacking some of the oomph i was expecting, seats were really good thou, and chassis had plenty of grip.

btw there was also new allroad and Q7 for a testdrive.

Well i am expecting more power to the people when bmw has itīs tour here with new 335i and 335d..

Since local Bmw dealer was sold, i dont have too high hopes for too fancy test drives, old dealer had plenty of nice cars and i have driven many of them. Luckily my friends are very fond bmws and sometimes they need a designated driver

The power to the people was meant to underline the prices, 115ke for rs4 and something over 160k for s8. 335i and 335d should be between 60 and 70ke. Those smallish turboes in the i model will certainly limit tunability, 400hp will be absolut maximum, but 335d will certainly get some more oomph too, but 800nm and 350bhp will be absolut top.

If your own car is toyota, you must have been enjoying the helsinki-city grand prix today?

I was already passenger in one so I knew pretty well what this car is all about, but when it's your foot prodding the throttle, everything changes quite a bit! I'll find the time to write a JW review one of these day!

Too bad the RS4 makes a whiney exhaust note...
