pah - it was never a serious car IMO... too much of a holomogation special without enough effort put into the actual car.
Masser got it right with the MC12 by basing it on the series-production Enzo 8)

 It's a $2 million dollar car!!
If thats ow you feel about it, I've got a car I'll sell you for $1 million. It's a piece of shit, but since it's used, you are going to have to expect some setbacks.
FWIW, I'd be pissed if I paid $500 for a car that won't go 10 blocks.

i'll play devil's advocate here a bit.
often, people do the craziest things with their brand new exotic cars... (or otherwise)
dump in 87 octane.... sorry, that voids the warrenty
drive it very hard with dealer miles... well, that is just dumb... and sounds like the case here
not pay attention to various lights that basically tell you to stop (duh)
expect to be treated like a king by DXC AG when you treat them like total dirt...
anyway, i have a feeling that this is only part of the story.... i think this is the car that was sold from Florida... Bob was wise to sell it, it seems

What's the story about the car, if it is indeed the "Florida car?" I mean, when I sold my car, it went up at auction so I don't know where it went after that...did it go to Florida?

hehe
Bob ******, a michigan native bought the CLK GTR Roadster new; and immediately turned around and sold it for 2.4 million. (bought it for about 1.2 mil)
i'm guessing it was to these guys bought it from him, or the owner after him.... who would want to fess up to paying 2.4 million for almost any car

Just unlucky? I bet you wouldn't be saying that if you bought a used car and what happened to this guy happened to you...

The complaint asserts that the defendants were aware that several of the other Mercedes AMG roadsters in circulation had oil pressure-related problems.
|
Several? Define several!
Id like to see a pic of it as it is now, all spread into pieces.

yeah, looks like i'll be there.... i had events from next weekend confused with this week.
been a while since we've met up Jason. I'll have to charge up the battery tonight.
if the last two weeks are a testament to whats been going on there, this week ought to be pretty good too.
