This is one conflicting image. Let's go down the list..

a) Teletubbies, eveyone knows these things are just creepy. Designed to be cute... but only come off as creepy.

b) Laying on Teletubbies with arms wide open, Next year it will be Wacko Jack?

c) Little Devil on Kid's shirt - .... Just doesn't go along with everything esle.

I hated the Teletubbies.

Anyhow, this picture is pretty unremarkable. It's a kid in a laundry basket.
