LOL !!! MOST EXCELLENT !!!

goes to show how dumb some people are ("you're violating my civil rights") and how on the ball other people are ("you can stay but don't help anyone"). I can see how that manager wanted to protect the Besy Buys customers' (mis)impression of store employee customer service.
