It does have similar features as the Countach, like the slopping windshield, although the back is quite a bit different.

its lower then a Countach (i think less then 40" tall) wider then a countach; and while it does have some similar themes at specific angles (like the side profile) its really not that much like it IMO

I agree. You really have to know these two specific cars, and know cars in general to differentiate the two. An average person won't look at those details and just assume it is a Lamborghini because of the general shape resemblance of the car.
