Having seen a lot of piccys and vids covering previous editions of the Goodwood Festival of Speed I'm considering to cross the channel next year to visit the 2004 edition (last weekend of June).
Has anyone any usefull pointers concerning accomodation and the best day to visit when you're a real PetrolHead.

I've been to Goodwood twice (2002 and 2003), will DEFINATELY go in 2004, and I must tell you there's nothing like it. There isn't any day that is more 'special' than another. It doesn't matter if you visit Friday, Saturday or Sunday. It will be perfect and there will be millions of things to see, feel and smell.
