that is some crazy shit. i'm not opposed to these rims like I am with spinners, since they could really create some cool visuals while driving at night. hopefully i'll get to see them in person sometime.

I actually think it's a neat idea, but i'de never use them and i wouldn't be surprised it they get outlawed in some states like they did to neons under the cars.
