Default Video of GT5 on the ps3

http://69.26.178.132/~lemon/gt5.wmv

Not bad! not bad at all. However, there was not too much in game graphics there.

Actually, it looks like the GT4 launch renders from 2 years ago.

after seeing the video for killzone 2, I am not amazed with this gt5 video as I have been with all previous GT ones.

I'm sure it would of looked amazing watching the demo in person.. I just wonder if it's going to justify me buying a PS3.. When does the PS3 come out anyway?

Really? From the looks of that vid, it would seem that the graphics are well beyond whatthe PS2 will support. While I am doubtful these are actual scenes from GT5 on a PS3, I think they could be just some computer renderings of what GT5 should look like. As far as I know they haven't gotten to any stage of development of GT5 yet were such a demo is possible. I know they are working on it however.

Gran Turismo's replay graphics always seem better than the actual in-game ones. In that respect that doesn't look too far ahead of GT4. I do think it will be interesting with 10+ cars racing. However I didn't see anything that hinted at a damage model?

The title should probably read 'for' not 'on' the ps3. Just to be clear, I have no information on the source of this vid.

well, the up-close does look nicely detailed... but i really dont see any other major improvements besides the quantity of cars per race.

no doubt its also running at something like 1080p... which ought to help
