I dont think Gordon Murray will ever overcome wanking himself over his Mclaren F1 - everywhere I see him talking about the Veyron he has to bring up the fact that the Mclaren is better in this and that. Who attempts to compare a SLR and Veyron, yeah they are similar but thats like comparing a base C6 to a 911 Turbo - just stupid.
Anyhow - thanks for the article none-the-less!

Thanks for the scan speedcore.

Murray is a fool. He talks and talks as if the Mac was the greatest thign ever, and although it is quite good, sports car purists hve to admit all its failings too. As good a road car as it is, it sure as hell didnt handle as well as either the F40 or F50. Besides, the EB110 was a better sports car then the Mac ever was, while doing everything the Mac did(except for that top speed).

I think that GM knows `a littleī about design good supercars. As sample of itīs that he possesses a `oldīNSX. Itīs a personal opinion of course, but I donīt like the Veyron at all.
