Who said Lawyers' can't have a laugh?
Every year Legal Business magazine has a quiz which every major firm dreads! Should be interesting when the answers are released!!
Q1. Two secretaries from which national firm had to be frequently separated from fighting in the office over a partner who was having affairs with both of them – and whose blissfully ignorant wife worked in another department?
Q2. Which former national law firm partner left his wife two weeks into their honeymoon for his secretary?
Q3. Which national firm partner was caught with his secretary by his trainee – on the poor trainee’s desk?
Q4. Which national firm gave a heavily pregnant cash room assistant a long-service award one Friday, and sacked her the following Monday?
Q5. Following an evening of inter-partner, extramarital activity, which regional law firm discovered graffiti on the office’s brass partner nameplate the next morning bearing the legend: ‘One of you is an adulterer’?
Q6. Which international firm took most of its Asia-based employees to Bangkok for a work outing that finished in a bar with two girls indulging in a lesbian show, prompting one female associate to walk out in disgust?
Q7. Over half the members of which City law firm’s private equity department have privately confessed to masturbating in the London HQ?
Q8. The head of which US law firm in London was found to have gay porn on his PC?
Q9. The head of litigation at which City firm, while drunk on a ski trip, taught his associates the Russian for ‘---- me in the mouth’, before repeatedly singing it at the top of his voice?
Q10. Which partner at a prestigious West End law firm voted against CCTV in the office because he used his own office to seduce the girlfriend of a fellow partner?
Q11. Chancellor Gordon Brown telephoned which senior Scottish lawyer (a partner at a ‘Big Four’ law firm) during a dinner party to tell his host he was locked in the toilet?
Q12. Which City law firm senior partner has been ringing up every heavyweight partner he knows to try and secure a training contact for his 2(2)-qualified son – so far without success?
Q13. During a talk on sexual discrimination in the office, which member of this national firm’s former management team asked: ‘Does this mean that the dirty slags competition is off?’?
Q14. Partners at which global firm can no longer surf the Internet on their BlackBerrys after a London corporate partner used his to order call girls?
Q15. Which two partners at a mid-sized City law firm brought to an end a late-night partnership meeting by mooning at the other partners?

I doubt they will even tell the other half of the quiz!
I know the answers to 1,8,9 and 14......
http://www.whitecase.com/Home.aspx
..........oh; where did that link come from?
gucom Law firms are incredibly incestuous! If you knew what had gone on in them (and for which there's video evidence because the people concerned forgot that security monitor the various cameras in the office!) you wouldn't sit on any of the sofas in the waiting room of the Magic Circle firm that I work at.
As if we need more exposure of 'our' devious antics lol, someone wrote a book about it:
The firm in question was Hammonds.
