Default Look at what just Happened !

well i was sitting in math class, then there was an announcement saying "attention all students, in the back parking lot there is a Lamborghini Diablo, Ferrari 355 and a Porsche 911 Turbo, if you would like to see them make your way to the back of the school when the bell goes, thank you" I thought it was a joke so i just went to the main entrance and talked to my friends for like 1 min, then my buddy ran up and started to yell "HOLY SHIT EVERYONE GO TO THE BACK THERES A LAMBO FERRARI AND A PORSCHE!!" i ran around the school got to the back...and there they were

they graduated like 7 years ago, and our school is now beeing overrun by somalians, so our "skips" record is huge. So our VP said that the top students who improve their lates and skips the most, and who get a high average will get a ride around toronto in all the cars

Nice announcement to hear at school

The 355 Spider and Diablo Roadster... i think i know somebody else with that combination of cars

993 Turbo is one of the nicest Porsches IMO... narrow, but with a huge body kit it looks great :good:

Thanks for posting... pics are shite , but the story is a good one 8)

Now go get them grades, and then a ride in the cars

it is a 911...993 version...like the last one was 996, and the current one is 997, but they're all 911s..

993 is a model series of 911's, from 94 till 98 roughly... internal code so the porsche ppl and fans can tell them apart...993 is recognisable by slightly laid-back headlights and hugely wide wheel arches and it was the last 911 before it became a bigger, fatter thing with more GT characteristics than before. and yes get those grades, even without the ride itll be worth it

OUhhhh ic ic, i thought that was another model of porsche. I know nothing about cars, i just know how a car works, and about some "non exotic cars". But yeah im a noob otherwise lol. and def man i gotta get the grades, this year has been hard for me i droped from a high 80 average to a 79 average, i gotta pull up my marks but everytime i have a test i fuck up lol . But yeah seeing these cars was sick.

Quality of photos doesn't matter - the experience does

It would be nice to have some video footage of the cars at some stage though

Real sportscars give you that feeling - after a quick blast in an Elise (passenger seat) this weekend, being lower makes you feel so much more in tune with the car

And your not alone with the Porsches "looking the same" - a lot of people think that, what with the lazy design department at Porsche

the diablo is a replica, those are all from GTA Exotic car rentals. Nice to see they came to your school though.

The 993 generation of 911's are the last air-cooled Porsches ever made. The 993 Turbo is not a narrow body with body kit, it is actually a wide body 4-wheel drive car derived from the 4S chassis. There were 3 wide body models the Carrera S, Carrera 4S and the Turbo, while the other Carreras in the lineup were narrow body. It is what most Porsche enthusiast's miss from the air-cooled era of Porsches the so called "hips". From late 1998 on they have all been water-cooled.
