Default SONY commercial- "gumballs" in San Francisco

 , SONY filmed a commercial with 250,000 multi-coloured 'superballs' bouncing down the streets

Well I can see the ad on french TV like 10 times a day, and honestly the balls seem computer generated I doubt they would really unleash 250'000 real balls in town

To be honest I don't really care, it is one of the most beautifull and charming TV ads I saw lately and I couldn't be tired of seeing it.

If they were real, I'd like pics of the road down the hill after the shoot

Well, I admit in the pics they seem pretty real LOL, but they definitely did some post processing that makes them look very fake, more "magical".

I can also see this one on our local TV and they do seem to be computer generated, maybe just not all of them... nice ad none the less..

o man, i wish i was there! I woulda taken so many of those balls! In rez we made up this stupidd game called 'Death Ball'... basically what happens is we close all the doors on our floor, and whip superballs around at eachother and they bounce like mofos and its wicked... but we only have a couple dozen... 250,000  imagine how much fun that would be!!

hmm.. never saw the commercial.. i'm assuming it wasn't used for American TV.. although looks like it was filmed in San Francisco?

must of been amazing to see that many bouncy balls get shot out of a cannon like that! what a great engineering job that must of been to develop that

thanks for the links
