We already discussed this in the political forum. They aren't chemical weapons they are incendiary weapons, and they break no laws as the US has never ratified a treaty with respect to their usage. Furthermore, the treaty only bans their use with respect to civilians, not enemy combatants. I forsee a snowballing political thread in here..

In fact watch the vid at the bottom of this very page by Peter Kaiser, Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons... He tells you they aren't chemical they are incendiary.
