Ferrari Drive Day - 360 Spider, 328GTS x 2, 308GTS, Elise
Well this morning I got up early to attend a small Ferrari meeting, but bad weather and alot of members having other committments meant instead of 15 cars we only got 4 Ferrari's. :bah:
However I managed to tag along with one of the Ferrari owners in his V8 Commodore so I joined the convoy for the 1.5hr drive down south.
It was a nice drive through the country side with kangaroos and cows grazing alongside the road - and the noise of a few V8's surrounding us. We had breakfast at a cafe and then did the 1.5hr trip back home.
All the high-res pics can be viewed on my website  http://www.ozcarsightings.com/ferraridriveday1.html
Firstly this 360 Spider
The first of two 328GTS's
and the other one - probably the best example of a 328 I've seen!
Ferrari 308GTSi
"That" Elise again

Well I could probably afford something like a 308 GT4 very soon, but it wouldn't be suitable for what I need my car for. So I will wait until I can afford to have a Ferrari as my second car - 5yrs from now is my goal.

Thanks for sharing. Especially the 328.. Some day there will either be a 308 or 328 in driveway.. First I need to get a driveway

Yeah and she was quite smart obviously, as there was a Ferrari related quiz and she won!

There are quite a few - but as I said for certain reasons the turnout yesterday wasn't very good. :bah: A few of them were overseas, some had races to compete in and others had cars unavailable etc.
I was recently told there were about 3000 Ferrari's in Oz....so not that bad really.

Stunning pics as usual! Thanks!

Thanks, I really like that pic too.
I agree about the 328 - would make a perfect first Ferrari for me. I find it a huge improvement over the 308.....after sitting behind them for 3hrs on Sunday I really appreciated the improvements on the 328.

Maybe the amount of cars you hoped for didn't turn up, but it must been fun to drive along. And you did a great job with the pics.
I 200% agree with Dani on the pic, and with Komotar on the 328
