Jul 12: Koenig 560SEC, Vanquish, Enzo...
More winter pictures, more parkings and dealerships... it was cold and my fingers were really begging for some interior shots most of the time
Should I need to tell you you need to click these previews to find the full high-res update?
A very sweet Vanquish!
A lot of Continental GT at the Bentley dealership!
Not bad for a diplomatic car
Always the Bentley dealership, a 550 for sale
Remember this weird beast? A Koenig Mercedes-Benz 560SEC widebody... it's back and I finally found it parked somewhere. You can like it or not, but it's an impressive sight in town!
Frozen SL55
A Playmouth Duster afaik... probably something totally boring for our US friends, but such cars around here are much harder to spot than Lamborghinis are
And an old Targa :bah:
And finally it's time for the Enzo + MC12 pictures! Focusing a bit on the Enzo (rosso scuderia) for now, the MC12 in the next update

Sexy Vanquish!!
The Enzo is obviously stunning, but I really look forward to the MC12.
I got a bit of a shock on the price of the Maserati 3200GT - about half of what you would pay for one here.
Thanks for all the pics, the frozen SL55 is my favourite.

Well, for the 3200 I suppose it is for several reasons.. quite "common" here, pretty low taxes... not a Ferrari/Maserati dealer ...

i like that vanquish shot...it looks elegant, but then you realize it's in some underground garage. good skills
The guy in the duster cracked me up...just look at him. he thinks he's a cowboy

The taxes issue is right - we get completely ripped off here. :x However I learnt last week that our dealer won an award for the highest Maserati sales 'per capita' in the world - so exclusivity can't be used as an excuse for the high price here.
Here is a couple for sale in Australia, ranging from $132K - $150K

So you'd take a lowly riced out silver star against an enzo, conti gt, vanquish, 550, or m3?

I saw a blue Conti GT last night in town, but had no camera but it was HIDEOUS!

LOL, poor Enzo and MC12! Beaten by a Merc! But well it's still a Koenig I guess.. not everybody's tastes, but a damn rare and exclusive car nonetheless :bah:
