Hey JW!
Havent heard from my ass in a long time. Anyways I am here on a road trip at a cousins house in Texas.


Not enough time to tell whole story but I am at a cousins house in Courpus Cristi Texas and we went out and then stopped at a gas station to fill up and as I was waiting in the van wirh my brother and other cousin I saw 2 or 3 SL's pull up and was like wow 3 at the same time? and then saw a bunce of S classes and so on pull up and I couldnt believe it so I look for the camera ASAP and see a few of them go away but the others came to the gas station and I was like but anyways I saw the Sl's and such pull up and was like nice took a few shots here and there from the van and then saw the BRAND NEW R class pull up next to us. I was about to get out and start taking more pics but my bro said dude you would look stupid taking pics of other peoples cars so I was like it. Anyways I saw this SUV which looked like a M class of some sort and found out later it was some Werkswagen. I havent herad of that yet. Also just when we were about to leave the CLS pulled up! I dont think I got many good pics of that though.


Anyways here is a few pics I took like 50 pics but will post only like 5 or 10 since I am bout to go play some poker. BTW the folks with the mercedes were from California and were I suppose a dealership since all of them had the plates 5506.

Thats it for now. When I get more time later I will post the others. BTW sorry for the crappy pics. I got done taking like 400 pics on the USS Lextigtion or something like that and my batteries were running kinda low.

Sory bout the quality. My batteries were running a bit low since I got done taking around 400 pics of the USS Lexigtion. Anyways those pictures will be up when I get some time.

I will try to post my other pics of that Werkswagen when I get time.
BTW Werks in German I found out means Test and Wagen means car.

As TT said, probably the AMG version.

btw, 'Werkswagen' means something like 'work in process car' in English. Can't really find a better translation, maybe our German visitors can help me

Well I dont really know much about cameras so I thought that might be one of the reasons. Plus its only a 1.3 Megapixel camera and I didnt have a tripod with me. So most of the reason the pics are bad is because of the 1.3 mp camera and no tripod and not good light I suppose. Also for some reason these pics are around 400 kbs while some others I took at a zoo a few weeks ago were all the way up to 700 and 800 KB's! Anyways I will try posting more pictures when I get the chance.

HEhe ok, this makes more sense.. maybe you also used digital zoom and that's why the quality dropped... too bad but the rare sight remains

Ya I used zoom as well. Not alot though since they were rite next to me. I was gonna go out and start taking pics but there was like 10 cars and my family are like you cant go and just take pictures of someone elses car. I argued alot and was like ah fuck it. I told them why the Benz had black tape on the emblem and the bumper was black and they are like thats bullshit. So I was like ah fuck it. Anyways next time I will be sure to get better pics. When I was in Dallas I saw a few Gallarados but that day I forgot the damn camera ion the Hotel! We are gonna be heading back to San Antiona and Houston by tommorow or so and I will try to stop by the Ferrari and Lamborghini places over there.
